Bev Ryan is a 40 year sales and management veteran who comes from a corporate background for a Fortune 500 financial services organization. She is a top producing realtor who loves working with both buyers and sellers to help them realize their dreams. Bev attributes her continued success to negotiation and communication expertise, smart organization and hard work! She is truly committed towards making sales or purchases as stress free as possible!
Twenty years ago, Bev and her family relocated to Columbia. She understands relocation first hand and guides her clients effortlessly through the transition to a new environment. Bev and her husband John have two adult children. John and one of their children David have joined The Bev Ryan Team.
Community involvement is a priority for Bev. She is an active member of the Spring Valley Rotary Club and has served on the board in many capacities. She has been involved with the Community Council, Senior Resources, and Meals on Wheels. Two of her favorite causes are Paals, Palmetto Animal Assisted Life Services, and Special Olympics. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors and Greater Columbia Association of Realtors.
She is an avid pet lover and spends her spare time caring for four legged friends, reading and traveling.
